Our acquaintance with the hotel had a bumpy start: when we first got to our room, it was flooded. It took the staff 3 min to give us another room. From that point everything: the room, the facilities, the location - all above our expectations. The spa and the shopping center next to the hotel - are a great plus! When we left, there was a distinct feeling of wanting to come back. Lord willing, we will.

The rooms are clean, I loved the sunday buffet and the view you get from the hotel. Most of the customer facing staff could speak both french and english which was a relieve as i thought I would have to translate everything.

The location is great. The view is stunning on the ocean. The staff is very helpful. I booked first for a stay of 10 days. I needed to extend my stay. Coumba Ndiaye and Mr.Demba managed to find me a great room and were very helpful. I also include Coumba Mame and the ladies who were cleaning my room every day. I felt like being at home.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks this December with our two children and loved it. The staff at the hotel are amazing… From housekeeping to reception and bar/ restaurant staff. Particular shout outs to Madame Mariama Cisse who led the housekeeping team and the entire staff of the restaurant and bar. Madame Cisse led an exceptionally professional and thorough service throughout our entire stay. She has high standards and fantastic customer relations skills. As for the team at the Onyx bar - too many stars to mention individually but such a fantastic group of people. All incredible ambassadors for the hotel and I hope this is truly recognized.
